easyluckyfree Audio isn't great quality but the content certainly is. Lovely stuff from Mr Kitson as always. As a man who constantly gets told I'm the spitting image of DK, I take a certain tangential pride in his unwaveringly high standard.

Andrew Bogie Downloaded for free on Daniel's old shonky website when live tickets were harder for me to buy, this was my first experience of his stand-up. Now a devotee of his theatrical pieces and stand-up - especially when he has a run at the Royal Exchange - I decided I ought to pay up for the great company on lengthy solo journeys this set has provided. It's also good to have some pure unadulterated truth to listen to at leisure since Daniel (Mr Kitson?) tends to spray the stuff like bullets live. Favorite track: First Bit..

Richard Harrison (@mr_spoon) Come on, ride the Danny Train! There is simply not enough Kitson recorded for the world. If you don't like his comedy stories you are dead inside.

granty86 I haven’t laughed so hard since I found out my mother in law was terminal. Thankfully in both cases I cried a lot and so my joyful exuberance was easy to mask.

about

This is a pretty poor quality audio recording of a stand up show performed at The Stand Comedy Club during the Edinburgh Fringe 2005. It's quite quiet, so you may want to listen on headphones. You can listen to it here or download it.

I wanted to charge 27p (a funny amount) but 40p is the minimum chargeable. Also the number of free downloads is limited so that Bandcamp can cover their own costs. So i've made it a no minimum "pay what you can" type thing.

If you can afford 40p pay that. If you can't - dont. If the free downloads run out it will have to be 40p all round. But please dont pay any more than 40 pence.

To be honest, i would rather you took this for free and bought The Ballad of Roger and Grace. But. Obviously. Up to you.

Oh, and, this show is already available for free on my website and in itunes as a podcast, unless that has stopped working.

That's all the information you need really.

Cheers.

about

Daniel Kitson UK

Hello.

I am a stand up comedian.

There'll be a variety of recordings here, some better quality than others. Some free, some pay what you think, some for a price.

Sometimes the money will go to me. Sometimes me and (long term collaborator) Gavin Osborn. Sometimes to charitable organisations. Sometimes to corrupt public officials. And sometimes to unsustainable dictatorships.

Bye Bye.
